Incorporated in 1982, our first product was a patented ultrasound device, the Pachymeter, the first in Ophthalmology used to measure corneal thickness. Since those early days of RK and Phacoemulsification, Accutome has evolved into a full service provider to the ophthalmic community.

Accutome has five divisions; the first is our sales and customer service division. Our customer support standards lead the industry. Trained technical staff members answer the phone – no voice mail during working hours. We offer 24-hour repair service on diamond knives and instruments, same day estimate and status reporting for ultrasound, Phacoemulsification and other equipment repairs, and no minimum Rx order quantities.

Accutome Ultrasound
In 1999, we acquired the Mentor Ultrasound line and added it to our Pachymeter production lines. We now offer the new, extremely accurate, A-Scan. It sets the standard against which all other Biometers are measured for both accuracy and innovative features. Our Advent A/B Scan offers incredible functionality and versatility. The brand NEW AccuPach V Pachymeter is incredibly accurate, utilizing cutting edge digital signal analysis. The AccuPach V has a built in IOP conversion and voice and print output making it easy to use.

Accutome Diamond Knives and Instruments
Accutome offers a full line of diamond and metal surgical blades along with hand held surgical instruments. We are the industry leader in the production of both natural and man-made diamond knives. Our Black Diamond CVD knives offer the best in cost effective, diamond precision. We cross-reference and competitively bid on all major brands of ophthalmic instruments – just send us your list for a bid.

Accutome Repairs
Our state-of-the-art repair and technical support center is staffed by highly trained technicians. We offer expert repairs on all brands of ophthalmic surgery instruments and ultrasound. We are also experts in diamond knife repair, having the largest diamond repair facility in the US. Accutome can customize diamond blades to your specifications and the Diamond Exchange Program allows you to down size existing blades for the price of a repair. Any brand or style can be repaired by us, usually in 24 hours. Our instrument repair unit can sharpen or repair surgical instruments making them like new.

Accutome Rx
Accutome’s Rx division offers a full line of office medications and supplies including diagnostic agents, surgical products, and Fluorescein angiography dyes. We strive to find the most difficult items for you.
