Hydrogel Oasis Form Fit Plugs - One size fits all, 10 Pre-loaded Plugs

Form Fit is made of a hydrogel material that expands into a 0.3mm soft, pliable, gelatinous material when it contacts tear film. As it hydrates, it increases in size until it completely fills the vertical canalicular cavity. It takes approximately 10 minutes for the plug to become completely hydrated. Plugs come pre-loaded on a user-friendly inserter. Manufactured by Oasis (part number 6303). Comes 10 plugs per box.
